Job Title - Youth, Children's & Families Minister

Hours - full time - 38 hours

Salary - £26,500 - £31,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role -  We are looking for a full time Associate Lay or Ordained Minister/Worker with responsibility for Youth & Families Ministry, with the possibility, if appropriate, of being the overall Coordinator of Youth, Children & Families Ministry.

This job entails: leading and developing St Paul's work with children, young people (aged from 0 to 18) and their families, to nurture and disciple faith with children, young people, and their families, recruiting, train, manage and motivate volunteer team, to outreach into the community.  A flexible approach to working is needed, including evenings and weekends as required.

The Coordinator role, if applicable, will have a 70/30 split between 'Youth, Children & Families' and the 'wider ministry of the whole church'.

This role is subject to completing the Church of England Safer Recruitment process, including an enhanced DBS check, and Diocesan PTO (if required).  A core part of this role is connecting with our community, therefore it would be beneficial for the candidate to live locally or within a close commute to enable them to carry out the role effectively. Housing allowance/accommodation may be available.
