It is part of a nationwide network of Foodbanks supported by the Trussell Trust working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. Street Pastors
The Orpington team currently patrols every Friday evening between 9pm and midnight. We have built good working relationships the local pubs and restaurants and are well received by the people we meet. This is built from many local churches and is supported by Churches Together in Orpington. They patrol as a team of 4 on a once a month rota and have good prayer support while they’re out. If you think God may be calling you to join the team or pray for them, you can get more information on https://streetpastors.org/locations/orpington/
